Etsy. TONS of ppl use freshwater pearls in their jewelry and could even customize something for you. That is what I am doing for my girls as well.

Roxy's in the Enfield Mall. She also has an Etsy shop but its under a different name

I got all my bridal jewelry from there and its beautiful. Freshwater pearls, crystals and very reasonable.

A friend of mine for her BMs freshwater pearls necklace and earrings for $49 each
